We’re a community of people who are trying to step out of the sterility of pleasant, numb, neutrality, into the fertility of whole-hearted living. You’ll look at things in a new way, that allows space for more enchantment, nourishment, and wholeness in your life.

How did an ER doctor find herself writing about herbalism, the earth, spirituality, and culture? Early motherhood and the pandemic forced me to learn about myself and my emotions. I found a lot of unexpected things there, and I remembered that health and healing are so much bigger and more expansive than what you find in a hospital. Since then, I’ve been figuring out who this new person is and how she fits into the world as it is and as it could be. If you’re figuring out who you are and where you belong, I hope you’ll join me!
